Hello Folks,
User A give user B Access-Rights to his calendar. Some Calendar-Items are archived.
The permissons are correct synchronized from the calendar as we seen it in the permission browser.
User B could not see the archive of user A in his AE or Search.
Which permissions should User B have that he could see the archive of User A?
The Customer use EV 8.0.3.
Thanks and Kind Regards
Kai

Hello Again,
the customer has still unstructured archives. He missed the timeframe to manually structured them.
I'm really exciting what happen when he want to Upgrade to EV 10 with the new index.
The customer could reproduce it with other unstructured archives. The problem soesn't occur with structured archives.
Thanks for your answers.

Hi Kai,
In Archive Explorer, did user B rightclick in the left part, and selected refresh?
Does that give anything?

Yes he did, but it doesn't help.

Have you synchronized both users mailboxes since the change?

You tried clearing the IE cache and then testing it?

you could also try running listarchives.aspx from within IE and point it to your server, so http://yourevserver/enterprisevault/listarchives.aspx

you shouldn't see the calendar folder unless you have List Folder permissions on the root, else its not going to happen
go to C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault\ and run PermissionsBrowser.exe
then find the archive in the top left , click it then click "\" from the folder list, this is the top of information store, if the user isn't listed here, he's not gonna see any sub folders
Then go to \Calendar and make sure the user is listed on the calendar
