Archiving settings for immediate archiving

All,

I am putting together a process for terminated employees.  I would like to include an a complete archive of a mailbox prior to disconnecting it.  What settings are recommended if I wanted to archive all messages no matter what the date of the emails.

In EV you need to create a provisioning group for your leavers that targets an AD group you can add leavers to.  You will also create a 0 day archive policy and enable the message classes you want archived and have that policy assigned to the Leavers Provisioning Group.

Make sure to set the registry keys to process hidden mailboxes and disabled accounts.

So then your process would be to add the account to the AD group and allow it to get archived down.
