I would suggest BCC journaling although the only real difference from an EV perspective is that it allows you to search on Distribution Group name. Both meet compliance requirements. There are also some issues with recipients appearing twice in the message headers as a result of BCC journaling. This is a documented MS issue with a KB article. These issues don't exist with Exchange 2007.
