Backup of Enterprise Vault Store DB forcing it to Full backup?

Hi!

A client is using the EV agent for BE12 and they have two different backup jobs:

• Full
  SQL options is Full - Backup entire database
  EV options is Full
  General options is Full
  
  This job works fine doing full backups of the Index, Archive and DB's
  
  
• Incr
  SQL options is Full
  EV options is Incr
  General options is Incremental
  
  This job is Ok but the Vault Store DB is done via Differential backup without any data actually written and EV warns in Event Log that no backups is done. 
  Other DB's is done a Full backup.

Is there away to force the Vault Store DB to be taken Full aswell without having to set EV option to full cause that will take a ful lbackup of the partitions which is not good.

Another thing to this is way all Differential backups is 0 k when there is changes done to the database.

When will the log file in SQL be truncated if we only do Full DB backups and Differential DB backups?

Having the same problem, except I am getting this error message:

Backup- EV-VDB::\\ILWD-ITS02\Mail\Vault Store DB@sql server name

Backup- EV-VDB::\\ILWD-ITS02\Files\Vault Store DB@sql server name

nope, no fix in the other thread, same problem, no fix. Logged a call with support. No word yet on a fix.
