Changing Monitoring Web App account

Dear's,

I have EV 9 installed on windows clustered environment and have tried to change operation manager webapp account.

configuration wizard ran successfully on both the nodes but whilel testing I found monitoring webapp is working from one node only and receive error "service unavailable" from second node and I failover EV services to second node I am unable to open  monitoring webapp from any of the two nodes .

Dose any one has soultion for this issue.

How exactly did you change the monitoring account?
you might want to completely remove all the components and start from scratch possibly

did you run the configuration on one node or both?
You may want to dtrace w3wp and see what error you're getting, also look in the Application logs for any IIS related errors, as it may be more to do with the AppPool in IIS than anything else

any chance of getting a dtrace of w3wp on the failing node whilst you attempt to go http://yourEVServer/MonitoringWebApp/ ?

Also did you check the event logs?
and finally what happens if you go to http://ipaddress/MonitoringWebApp/ ?

Dear ,

Is it necessary to have Operations working on both the nodes which are in cluster, working from one node is not sufficient?
