Hiyall,
On the last day of 2009, the following question:
I recently installed DA on 2 servers. They both have installed fine. I have set up 2 'customers' on each, and have defined a custodian group as being the journal-archives.
The customers are several departments that might ask for an investigation.
To be able to test, there is also a test-customer that is used by me to check the working etc...
I am in a securitygroup called EVAdmins
This group is in a securitygroup called EVADM
I have set this group as being DA-admin (EVADM)
When I install the DA-client, I cannot connect to DA. It states 'no instance found to connect to' or something.
I have doublechecked the setup, I followed an entry found earlier to re-apply the license, stop/start services etc. It gives me the same error over and over again.
Can I use a securitygroup in a group to assign rights. I wil probably try using 1 useraccount to see what happens, than the EVAdmins group, but I need to get this working asap. I'm expecting some research requests next month..
