Deleting Archived Mail

Hi,

I run Evault 8.0 on Exchange 2003 and i face the below  issue 
 
Very slow when deleting multiple archived items from outlook. (approx 6 or more items)

If I’m trying to delete say 30 or more, it hangs up my whole computer. I need to end task for outlook to get out of it. 
Any ideas to improve the performance

What does the performance chart of your EV Server say, when you delete the items?

Whats the overall performance of the Server? Is it under heavy load?

Do you have any problems when opening an archived Email?

 Does this reproduce at will, and every time?  Are you in cached mode Outlook, or online ?

 The Server is not Overloaded, 

The Performance of the Server Seems to be Normal when Deleting the Mail and the issue happens everytime

We use outllook in cache mode

most likely its more exchange that is causing the slow down than anything, its not just deleting, its probably the same if you archive multiple items, restore multiple items etc
I dont know of many environments where you can do that and outlook doesn't hang and it takes a while for outlook to come back in to a free state and normally its more something with exchange connectivity
