When we process a employee termination we want to take all of their emails and throw them into the vault and then remove their AD account. The steps I have taken is this:
1. Archived the entire contents of the users email.
2. Disabled their account in Evault
3. Removed their AD Account
4. WHen I run the provisioning task after this, it gives me an error saying that it cannot find the ad account associated with my disabled mailbox.
How do I fix this without losing the archived emails of the user I disabled and deleted their ad account?
Also, Anyone know the right way to do this in the future to keep from having this problem?
