Discovery Accelerator Searches 8.0-SP2 (Disappear)

I haven't seen this happen to me, but a user has been indicating that some of her searches are disappearing and not displaying using the "In Review" filter after accepting a search. The users has to rerun the search and accept the results again in order to continue with the export process.

Has anyone seen or heard about this issue?

I Have never seen that happen. The only thing that comes to mind is that someone removed her as the owner of the case but that would remove ger ability to see the whole case.

I would try reinstalling the client again to see if there was an issue on that side
