We archive nightly. We do not use shortcuts, and remove safety copies after archive. We have many users with duplicate records in their archive. Same message and time stamp. We do not delete the mail item after archive. (it stays in Outlook for 60 days) It does not appear as though the messages are archived during different runs, it looks like they occur during the same run. Any thoughts?
We have a Replicated Centera Storage and running 6 SP4.
