What is odd though, we saw this all the time prior to SP3. But after we went to SP3 it went away. Then last week it returned. I notice becasue when you do a search it is asking to pick "date ranged" VolumeID.

The compatability chart is on the support page. It is my understanding you will need to be at SP4. And on the servers running EV, you must leave EX2K3 System Manger & Outlook 2003 installed. That is how I read the document.
