EV 10.0.1 FSA Utility fails to recreate shortcuts

After we lost couple of volumes in a file server wanted to recreate placeholder shortcuts usign fsautility -c options

It fails with error "Unknown exception occurred" for one volume and 

with error "Hardlink exception occurred" for other volume,.

Not having much luck with this FSAUtility ..... not a very reliable utility .....

Dtrace error

Exception: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined. Info:DefaultWebAppUrl is not a Uri\nUrl

Can you upload the entire dtrace ?

• What version of EV?
• Is a Windows server, Netapp ,etc?
• Do you have the FSAUtility report/log file?
• Can you post the dtrace log?

Any other information you can provide, it would be useful.
