EV 10 SQL Designing

As i was looking over EVBP, i notice that it mentions EV be on a dedicated sql environment and not a shared environment. Is this True? What is the best way to implement SQL designing and HA ( high Availability) Planning. Thanks in Advance!

SQL being dedicated is going to have a lot to do with the size of the implementation, is DA or CA involved, and is there an issue having the SQL permissions for the EV VSA being applied.

Can you share a little more about your EV installation?  Modules being installed, size of installation, etc..
