EV 8.0 - Archiving Email for the disabled user accounts in Active Directory

Guys,

Do I have to re-enable all of my disabled user accounts in the Active Directory to make the EV archive happening or what should I do from EV ?

you just need to add a registry key and/or change the mailbox status in sql.

OK so I have already set the registry value, how do I archive the mailboxes then ?

Are the users added to a provisioning group ?
If not, make sure they are added to a provisioning group, run provisioning, and then run archiving.

If they are already added to a provisioning group, run the archving task (run now) or wait for the schedule to let it archive.
