EV Enabled Mailbox is not displaying any folders

Hoping someone has the answer.  In EV permission browser you can view a users vault folder archive.  There are several that have only the "\" and no other folders listed.  I thought the resolution was adding the 2 registry entries - PSTDisableGrow and PSTDisableGrowAllowAuthenticodeOverrides - but that has not remedied the issue.  Vault permissions are correct.  Also ran a scanpst on the mdc file (on local computer) and ResetEVClient.  The EV client (Outlook Add-in) does have them listed as the mailbox.  Thoughts anyone?

Sorry, the issue is not clear to me, is it only happening for one user or its happening for many/all?

So what's the actual issue?

Do they have archived items in subfolders in their mailbox?  (If not then permission browser won't show those folders)

Those two reg keys are nothing to do with this IMHO.  Also resetevclient, and scanpst etc, are all client side, yet you're looking at permission browser - which is server side.
