EV Error message

Hi,

After the mailbox archiving has been completed, when a user double click
"This item was archived by Enterprised Vault on Tue, Sept 15, 2009 : 4:29 pm"
There was an error loading this item - some functionality may not be available.

Why is this error appearing?

We would have to see a client trace to see why we are having trouble accessing an item.

The technote referenced in the link below, contains information on how to perform a client trace.  Please follow the technote through, and make sure you replicate the issue (i.e.  try and access an item whilst the logging is enabled) I would recommend logging a case for this issue through the normal support channels.

Yobo, you need to increase the logging level to maximum, and repeat the test to obtain a full client log file.  The basic one doesn't really contain a lot of information (except for the error code 0x80004005)

The virtualdirectory  enterprisevault was corrupted. Thus it has to be recreate again despite this it is a new installed.
