not much info in your post to go off of... can you tell us what you have and what you've done so far?

here's an article that's been helpful to me:

Hello,

I will be more specific. I installed EV extension on CAS server and set up the EV anonymous access correctly (EV 8.0 SP4 on W2k8R2 x64, Exchange 2007 SP2 on w2k3R2 x64).
So, doubleclicking an archived item seems to work, since I access to the original item. That's the good point.
My EV server is runing https.

I readen this article. And enable the Log for EV extension on the CAS server.

That's what I found :
8/18/2010 5:26:00 PM [304,8] [WebDAVRequest::Send] Exception sending WebDAV request: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (501) Not Implemented

it seems that EV always use WebDAV ... But WebDAV is not enabled on the CAS server.
Is WebDAV a prerequisite for EV button to appear in OWA ???

You're probably right ! So I'll try to enable webdav ... It's a little weird ... WebDAV is a legacy technology ...
