EV configure on new server no account detail

Hi

I am in the progress of migrating a EV 10.0.4 installation to a new server running Windows Server 2012

I have followed this guide http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH55377

And I am stuck at number 13.

Once i type in the name of the existing SQL server it detects that an valid Directory Database exists

And ask me to type in vault account credentials

But i cannot type in the username, the inbox is missing(see picture)

Any one tried this ?

are you logged in and running the processes using the vault admin(svc) account?

Yes i am logged in as the vault account

I have tried starting the Enterprise Vault Configuration with and without "Run as Administrator" same result

suggest logging a case with support and raising it as a bug

Only thing i could suggest in the mean time if see if you can run it in compatibility mode to Server 2008

I will try starting the configuration tool in compatibility mode 

Have you done this reconfiguration with a 10.0.4 on Win2008 R2 with success?

when you moved from the old server to the new server, did you update the DNS to have the EV Site Alias and Server Alias to point to the new windows 2012 server?

By the looks of it, it looks like its trying to connect to the Directory Service but if the DNS alias's haven't been updated then it will be trying to connect to the old server
