EV unarchives manually archived large items

Hi

Running EV 7.5

I went into a user's mailbox and attempted to manually archive his largest items, about twenty of them ranging from 7MB to 300KB

The clock icon went on these items, but when I checked later they had gone back to normal, unarchived status.

Does anyone know why this would be? Is there a max size of email that EV can manually archive?

S/Mime seems to be causing this sometimes.

Also, how did you connect to the mailbox? You most likely have no access to his archive.

What happens when the user does it himself. (monitor on screen, or walk by..)

I believe (top of head) max size (default) is 250MB
