Hi there,
our problem is currently that all employees of different locations are using 1 OWA-Server in Site A from the internet, but we are having 2 Enterprise Vault Servers. 1 in Site A and 1 in Site B
if a User from Site A (Mailbox + Enterprise Server are also in Site A) logs in there are all EnterpriseVault Symbols and EV-functionality is given, but
if a Users from Site B (Mailbox + Enterprise Server is located in Site B) opens the owa there are no Enterprise Vault Symobls... (if i open my Oultook with this User Enterprise Vault Symbols are there)
I think that maybe there is a problem with the "IIS-Setting" of the OWA-Virtual Directory
EnterpriseVault_ExchangeWebServicesUrl --> the value here is http://cassiteA/ews/exchange.asmx
If i open our second (only internal) CAS in Site B and log on with a user from Site B the EnterpriseVault Symbols are there....
Is there a way to logon to only 1 "OWA-Server" (CAS) but to user multiple Enterprise-Vault Servers?
An answer would be great :)
