Emails are not being archived from a new journal mailbox (2010)

20003 archiving is working fine, just set up 2010 archiving to a new journal mailbox on the 2010 server and email is not being archived from the journal mailbox.  Just sitting there.  What may be wrong?

Did you work through the Archiving from Exchange Server 2010 document?

Have you grabbed a dtrace?  What things have you looked at already? 

What version of EV?

yes, no dtrace yet, just re ran the Granting the Vault Service account Send As permission on the system

mailboxes command again thinking it didn't take the first time.

You should run the deployment scanner to check the permissions and make sure that the VSA has been set correctly on the exchange 2010 server, full permission as well as send-as permission.

Dtrace would be good and also the version and service of your EV environment would help too. :)
