We are looking at co-locating our DC and Exchange server on the same server. Has anyone experienced any issues configuring this type of environment.

From an EV standpoint, I don't see a problem with it.

From a Windows and Exchange, you have to make sure that the server is also a GC as well. Microsoft doesn't support Exchange on a DC without it being a GC as well.
