Enterprise Vault 9.0.1 external clients can not retrieve archived items

Hello All,

I have a little issue we are running EV 9.0.1 until we upgrade to our new domain. Recently we were asked about retrieving documents through owa on a non-domain pc. When a user clicks on the link to pull the item from the archive an error pops up "The page cannot be displayed. Make sure the web address http://vault.internal.net is correct". So when using owa external of the network EV/OWA is looking for the internal fqdn. Which will not work externally as our external domain is a completely different fqdn. I checked the OWA exchange desktop policy and the external fqdn is listed in External web application url. But it seems that there is somewhere else still referencing the internal name. Anyone have any ideas???

Is the external URL published, I.e if you enter it in directly on a non-domain workstation does the search page come up (https://external.domain.com/enterprisevault/search.asp)
