Enterprise Vault Cross Forrest setup

Hi

We are doing a Enterprise Vault installation and have run in to an issue, when we try to add an exchange server from domain1, and click the "Browse" for system mailbox, we get this error, could not read mailbox information from Active Directory(see picture).

We have a two forrest environment as following

Domain 1

Exchange 2003

AD

System Mailbox account exch2003@domain1.com

Domain 2

Exchange 2010

AD

Enterprise Vault Server

Vault Service Account: vsa@domain2.com

I guess that my issue is that vsa@domain2.com dosn't have enough rights in domain1?

Enterprise Vault Service account of Domain 2 requires full access to all mailboxes on Exchange

that needs to be archived from Domain 1. Refer to the below article for permissions.
