Enterprise Vault - Journal Mailboxes on Exchange (Monitor Sync)

Hello,

I have started a "Synchronization" for our Journal Mailbox.  I was able to see where in the "Symantec Enterprise Vault" Event Log where this task started, but we cannot find anymore information regarding this.  How can I monitor this "Synchronzation" task for the Journal Mailbox.  We have not seen another event logged into this "Symantec Enterprise Vault" Event Log for many hours.

Environment: Exchange 2010: Stand-alone, EV 9.0

The synchronization will be in the J3 queue if its "stuck", it shouldn't or won't show an event when its finished though If you go to the journal archiving task you can go to the properties and select the synchronization tab and the choose selected mailboxes and choose your journal mailbox This will then synch right there and then and tell you as to whether it was successful or not as opposed to going to the queue and being unsure
