Hi,

We are getting below error while enabling mailbox on EV console, EV version is 10.0.3. This is happening only those mailbox who all are on Exchange01.Recently we have re-installed this exchange server and all required permissions are  there for System mailbox as well as EV service account.

An non-specific error has occurred whilst enabling archiving for the mailbox

Error: The parameter is incorrect. (0x80070057)

Hello Deepak,

You can try an create a new system mailbox, giving the VSA correct permissions and then mentioning the new system mailbox in the task, to see if that helps in enabling the mailboxes.

Also check if the VSA has correct permissions on the Databases, you can use ADSIedit.

A Dtrace will also help.
