Error when disabling mailbox

I have 1 EV server (5.0 SP4) and 2 Exchange 2000 servers. When I disable a mailbox on 1 server, it works fine. When I try on the other server I get an error:

"The Archiving Service for EXCH2 failed to disable the mailbox "User""


There is an event in Event Viewer


"An error was detected while accessing the Vault Database 'EnterpriseVaultDirectory' (Internal reference: ADODataAccess.cpp (CADODataAccess::ExecuteSQLCommand) built Mar 24 11:41:38 2005):

Description:

Could not find stored procedure 'ChangeArchiveType'.


SQL Command:
ChangeArchiveType

Paul,
Check the exchange service account associated with the exchange server that you're archiving. I've seen ADO errors like this if the account name associated with the system mailbox is somehow fubar'd.
