Error while looking into the Vault

Hi,

I enabled a mailbox from a user and after an archive run there where several mails archived but when the particular user wants to look into an archived mail he gets a error "Could not show this item, this item could not be dowloaded and a popup with strange sign in it. (Looks like wingdings
)
Anyone a guess?

run a dtrace of the archivetask and post it so we can get a look at what it's trying to do.

Whats a dtrace? And how can i run it

When this user log into another PC he don't have this problem. So ik looks like a local PC problem. Could this be a DLL problem.

You don't need a dtrace for this issue. Try uninstalling the Client from the pc w/ the problem, then delete and recreate the OL profile for the user and then re-install the client.

If another user logs in to that pc do they have the same problem?
