Hi All,

I am getting the following error:

Failed to open Queue: Enterprise Vault Storage Archive Queue

Queue FormatName: \Enterprise Vault Storage Archive

<0xc00e0003> 

This is on a EV 10 enviroment. I have searched the net and found unrelated items. Also reinstalled MSMQ and had no luck. 

Any ideas?

Hi,

Event ID 6531 is generated when restoring an item and the storage restore and storage archive message queues are missing.

Hi,

Can you confirm whether storage queue is present, you can follow the below steps

Open Server Manager -> features expand Message Queuing, expand Private Queues and verify enterprise vault storage restore and enterprise vault storage archive queues are present.
