Hello,

I'm facing a Problem with EV 11.01 and Exchange 2013.

Everytime when i start the Mailbox Archiving Task on the EV Server I'll get the Event ID 7206.

A locking error has occurred in CEVMAPILieModeLock : 0x102  
Internal reference: STWL Write Mutex CMailboxHelper::CreateProfileAndSessionAndOpenMailbox

Just test with every CAS Server in the environment.

I would suggest opening a call with Support. You need someone to look in to the code and figure what is happening at that point. To me it looks like it's trying to create a lock against the mailbox, so it can do the archiving...  have you run the regular permissions related scripts?

Hi tpuck,

I've seen times where this happens and MSMQs are being locked down by the anti virus software on the EV server(s). Can you please make sure the MSMQ locations are added to the list of exclusions in the AV software.
