Exchange mailbox sync fails

I got this error "There has not been a mailbox synchronization with Exchange Server .... " in one of our EV user archive server since 24th June. Tried running the syncronization for all mailboxes, restart EV service but it hasnt fixed it.

Any other idea how to resolve this alert?

it could be because there arent any mailboxes on that Exchange server

Yes, cloud be because no mailboxes.

However if thats not the case you can set the Exchangepolicysynctask process in dtrace mode, run the synchronization manually and post the logs here.

Thay may give an insight

a-ha thats right!!. No mailbox that are EV enabled on that server the alert was saying. I found it after checking the vault store the mailbox server was in then check the Archives --> Exchange Mailbox and didnt found any user that is under that vault store.
