Exclude emails from archive

Hi,

We are currently implementing EV and are wondering if it is possible to exclude some emails from being archived. The system is being configured so that all users emais will be archived, but we won't to have the ability to flag certain emails so they are excluded.

If we create a toolbar button which writes an attribute to an email, does the system support reading email attributes and based on the attribute exclude the email from the retetion policy.

If you give your users the full client, they can mark items individually as 'do not archive'

Or the other option if you don't want to mark individual items to "do not archive" is to create a folder in everyone's mailbox using evpm and set that folder to do not archive. So users can move items they do not want archived into that folder :)
