Export the result of email search in all vault ?

Hi All,

As the Domain Administrators, can I find / search all of the email with specific criteria in all of the archive and then export the result into any format in EV 8.0 SP4 ?

Do you have Discovery Accelerator?  If yes, use it.  If not, you will be able to use the webapp search but it isn't recommend nor was the webapp search designed for large scale searches so you would have to run multiple searches and export what you find to psts.

Just to add to this, the only format will be a MSG in a PST file or the original mailbox

If you are archiving the Journal mailbox then you can search that as the archive contains all mail for all mailboxes. You can then export the results via Archive Explorer.

You cannot view a journal archive in archive explorer as its unstructured
