FSA recall error

Hi All, 

Customer is unable to recall FSA shortcuts. Cannot for the life of me workout what is wrong. 

 

File server 2012R2 errors:

Error via search points to HTTP Error 503.0 - EV 

 

Any ideas?

Apon furthur investigation with Veritas Support we dicovered that the SQL databases where in a recovery pending mode. I restarted the SQL services and the recovery pending mode was removed and everything is now working correctly.

Hello Rob,

Have you seen this one:

describes this: The default maximum rate is 20 recalls in 10 seconds. This recall limit applies to all users except, by default, members of the local Administrators group.

And gives you 2 registry keys to improve that.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that I tried that key. I set the vcalue to 1 but the same result I am afraid.
