Hide the EV outlook add-in tab in outlook 2010

How do i hide the Enterprise Vault Outlook add-in? I dont want the user to see the add-in at all, The user should feel nothing has changed after archiving. The Icons is acceptable. but i want to hide the enterprise vault tab. And ill activate when the user delete shortcuts it delete the archive file too.

Change the desktop policy so it looks like this :

Synch the mailboxes.

Restart Outlook
