Is there a log on the server if a user restores emails back to mailbox?

If a user did a massive restore back to the mailbox, is there a log in EV to find out who and how many items are restored?

I believe a log will be created in the reports directory where EV is installed

If you want to track this on an ongoing basis I highly recommend that you enable auditing. This is configurable but it will keep track of all deletions and restores by the users.
