Issues: Provision group could not found user mailbox

Environment: EV11 for Exchange 2010 DAG

I install a clean EV11 server, add two Exchange mailbox server.
When I add Provision group , unable to browse to the Windows users and windows groups.

But i can browse to the OU.

If you install ADUC on the machine, can it view the directory without issues?
