For some reason my previous post regarding this has been erased.
Please let us know if there is any specific reason for Archive Explorer to no work for user mailboxes residing in one specific exchange server.
We are using Enterprise Vault 6.0 service pack 4 for Exchange 2003 Service pack 2 on Windows 2003 Service pack 2 server.
All other user mailboxes in other exchange servers are able to open Archive explorer with no issues on OWA.
