Issues with Archive Explorer when trying to open it in OWA...

Hi,

For some reason my previous post regarding this has been erased.

Please let us know if there is any specific reason for Archive Explorer to no work for user mailboxes residing in one specific exchange server.

We are using Enterprise Vault 6.0 service pack 4 for Exchange 2003 Service pack 2 on Windows 2003 Service pack 2 server.

All other user mailboxes in other exchange servers are able to open Archive explorer with no issues on OWA.

What is the error? What occurs when you attempt to open Archive Explorer? Is this from the client or OWA?

This is from OWA.  Archive explorer opens up as a blank page.
