Mailbox enabling error

Hi there, we are having trouble with one particular user and getting there mailbox enabled. We have a provisioning group setup and the user is added to the group in AD.
This is not a new user and we noticed because his normal mailbox is rather large. The message we get is "An error occurred whilst enabling achiving fo the mailbox /O=#### /OU=#### cn=recepients /cn = FirstName.LastName
Error: 0x8004010f "

We also get this message when manually enabling the mailbox. if anyone has any suggestions or some troubleshooting steps that would be great. Thanks.

Is the mailbox hidden, or disabled or anything like that? 0x8004010f means "not found".

The ### and the FirstName.LastName , appears like this or you changed the content appearance for privacy?

If you are familiar with Dtrace, a trace of Agent Client Broker may give you more information, certainly showing exactly which operation is failing when trying to enable the mailbox. I'm assuming that you can actually open the user's mailbox when logged on as the Vault admin account?

re: ggeorgi - yes this was for privacy it has the correct name in there.

Here are some results from the dtrace [ive included the fail  / error ones]

CMailboxHelper::GetMailboxState - Failed to Open EV Hidden Message [0x8004010F]

CFilterHelper::StampVaultIDEx - error 0x8004010F

CArchivingAgentQueue::EnableMailbox - No VaultID passed - creating vault

CArchivingAgentQueue::EnableMailbox - calling EnableMailboxUsingMAPISession
Event ID: 3138 An error occurred whilst enabling archiving for the mailbox /O=Company /OU=NTDOMAIN/cn=Recipients/cn=Joe.Bloggs |Error: <0x8004010f>

Mailbox is not hidden in AD and I can open up the mailbox on our EV server under the VSA.

Is this a single domain environment or multi?  If multi, where is this user in the group, in relation to the other members of the group, and the group itself?

Is the mailbox "full", ie is there quoats, and the mailbox is at the quota?

What version of outlook do you have installed on the evault server and what version or evault are you using?

Are there multiple entries for this user in ExchangeMailboxEntry table?
