No SSL on current EV shortcuts

We use EV 9.0.1 and have been upgrading from version 7.5. Now we also have enabled the SSL option on the site properties. A certificate has been added to the server. New shortcuts are opened with SSL. For old shortcuts and direct links to the Search or Archive Explorer is still non-SSL.

Does anyone know how to enable SSL for all shortcuts and links within Enterprise Vault? Do we need a script or htaccess file or anything?
