No Vault Assigned to User

Hello,
 
i figured out a strange Failure in a new EV Env. When using the Full Client a "Store in Vault" will break because there is no Vault to choose. If using the HTML Client a Store in Vault will work. Normal Archiving seems to work for this Mailbox.
 
When looking into the Archive with the VAC all the Permissions from Exchange where synced correctly, but when i´m trying to perform a search in the useres Archive then i will receive no result. Also there is the Dropdown missing where to choose the Vault to search in. When opening the Adv. Search the is a Failure Message that told me that the Basic.Search.vault.id = NULL, that indicates for me that this user has no Vault assigned.
 
Does anyone had this before?
