Not able to use Archive Explorer

Can not use Archive Explorer the following message appears:
The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and the click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Security settings do not allow the execution of script code within this stylesheet.
