Outlook 2003, EV 6 SP1
on oneclient I get the following error when I try to archive a message::
Enterprise Vault
An Error accured while processing while processing the selected item
Error description
0X80070005:

how can I fix the problem?

Hi,

Does it happen on just this one message or all messages?
Does it happen for just this one user or all users?

Is the client and server both V6 sp1?

You probably need to get a dtrace of the archiving task and contact support on this.
