Outlook Forwarding Icon works, but right click does not

Has anyone else experienced this? When I select several stub messages to forward I get 2 completely different results depending on which forward function I use. 

Example: In Outlook I want to forward 5 message stubs I select the 5 messages and select the Forward icon in the "standard toolbar". The messages are unachieved and all 5 raw messages are ready to go.

Now I select the same 5 messages but I right click and select the Forward from the drop down menu. I get all 5 stubs messages ready to send now if I send these out people cannot read the whole message because it's pointing back to my archive causing all kinds of problems

This is a known issue, and not one that we have been able to do anything about.

Essentially Outlook doesn't trigger an event when the right click->forward happens.. so we don't know it happens, and therefore can't do 'our thing'.
