Preemptive archiving - Report on if completed?

We have 5000 users.  We configure and enable Virtual vault, vault cache, and preemptive archiving.  Before we start archiving on the EV server we would like to know if what % of workstations have completed preemptive archiving.  Any way to know this or report on it?  Any log files on the local users system to possibly parse?

You would have to collect each users registry settings under the HKCU and then parse through it but because it's such a moving target there is no 100% completion pretty much ever If you think about people sending/receiving/deleting/moving to a PST file/from a PST file to a mailbox/changing policies/moving items to virtual vault etc, it will just continue on each day So you may see something now as being 100% complete, but they drag in contents of a PST file and now you may be 50% complete User may go on vacation for two weeks and had outlook shut down and no pre emptied archiving etc
