I have a user account added to 2 different provisioning group. Now when I check the archiving report, do not see any information of the user. The Archiving has been not working. Please let me know if a user is added to 2 provisioning group does the archiving stop?

If a user is added in 2 Provisioning Groups, the highest group when you get Properties on Provisioning Groups takes priority. Check the groups and policies.
If you right-click on Exchange under Targets and select Display policies assigned to users, and search for the user do they show up?

Check your provisioning report. I should indicate why the mailbox did not get provisioned.
