RSS object definition

Hello to All,

Do you know what is the object definition for RSS fonts?  IPM.POST.RSS or  IPM.Note.RSS I've find these two posts, that says different things:

to archvie RSS feed you need to Add IPM.Note.RSS to the Message Classes on the Directory properties in the VAC. E-mails typically use the message class IPM.Note, while posts to a public folder have IPM.Post.
