Reporting Server Errors

Hi,

When I run the following report:  Single Instance Storage Reduction per Vault Store Group I get the following error:

An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Query execution failed for dataset 'SiteIdDataSet'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand) For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors

The Vault service account has sufficient SQL Reporting rights.

I am runnign EV 10.04, SQL 2008 R2.

Has anyone come across this issue before. I have found various articles, but nothing has resolved this issue.

just as a matter of interest, did you actually go to the server that hosts reporting and open the URL in internet explorer, as it will probably give you more details on the error you received

Hi Phin,

Could you please upload the EVDeployReports.Log from EV server

Its located under 'C:\program files(x86)\enterprisevault\evreports'

I belive there could be an issue adding the reporting user to the EV Database..
