Restore of item hangs Outlook 2007

Hi All - Vault 2007 no SP --- have a couple of users who if they click on the restore button hangs outlook , the same vaulted emails can be copied moved etc using archive explorer

Other users have no issues with using the restore functions , users in question Outlook 2007 within archive and mailbox limits

Once restore is clicked outlook just sits there, the only way to access again is to kill the task

Any ideas

Are they restoring from within a search folder?  Or a search of all mail items?

users selecting email from within a vault folder within outlook (ie email with vault icon ) - as mentioned using archive explorer works fine - have tried re-installing the vault addins , recreating mail profile etc but still fails -- only affecting a couple of users works for everyone else

I'd look down :-

* Versions of Outlook
* Other add-ins
* Differences in EV policy
* Any EV overriding registry keys
* Maybe even capture a user of the hang, and send it into support (or to me) for analysis.
